Black Bear Crossing is ideally situated for winter sports — it is ski-in/ski-out with its own dedicated green run and directly next to the PowderRidge lift.

Family Gatherings & Weddings

Black Bear Crossing townhomes sleep 10–20+ people per unit, and there are 30+ units available so your family gatherings can be as close (or as far away) as needed. Many units feature game rooms so family members can spread out, and only Black Bear has a center pavilion with firepit, grills and other amenities for outdoor play. Plenty of Wi-Fi too.

Summer Activities

Black Bear Crossing is perfect for families visiting the mountain for biking (cross country or downhill), summer festivals, or other lake activities. The units are large, sleeping between 10–20+ depending on the unit.

  • Easy access to downhill and cross-country biking trails
  • A short walk to the village and near scenic lift rides at the Western Territory
  • Plenty of amenities right in Black Bear — hot tubs in every unit and a relaxing outdoor space for cookouts
